Our Vision: one perfect corporate Body of Christ

Destiny in Christ’s vision is to teach, equip and empower God’s people in all nations, through the power of the Holy Spirit, and grace imparted through His living Word rightly divided, to fully imitate Christ, prospering in all things (spiritually, psychologically, biologically, socially), and to come into one perfect corporate Body of Christ, with Jesus Christ our Head.

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;”Eph 4:11-14 NKJV

We are all created in the likeness and image of our triune God predestined for good works.

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart…. Jer 1:5 NIV

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Cor 5:17 KJV

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Eph 2:10 NKJV

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1 Pet 2:9 NKJV

Our destiny is to be holy and perfect in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, who by grace alone has predestined and chosen us for adoption as His sons.

For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will. Eph 1:4-5 NIV

“Zoe” life

Our triune God is the source of an abundant, fulfilled, spiritual eternal life for human beings given natural, physical life made in the likeness and image of God, through belief in Jesus the “life-giving spirit” manifestation of the Word as incarnate man, a “living being.”

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Gen 2:7 NKJV

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1 NKJV

In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1:4 KJV

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.  John 1:5 NKJV

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  John 3:16 NKJV

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.  John 5:24 NKJV

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.  John 10:10 NKJV

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.  John 14:6 NKJV

The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. 1 Cor 15:45 NKJV

Zoe life is heavenly, eternal life for those that die to the flesh, and are born again by belief in Jesus, filled in the Holy Spirit, manifesting Christ, and glorifying our Father of light.

God’s Kingdom Culture
To enjoy and celebrate “Zoe” Greek word meaning life, God’s righteous, abundant eternal life and reach our destiny in Christ, we must establish the four pillars in our daily life based on the apostolic culture.

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. Acts 2:42 KJV.

Our Mandate: Make Disciples of all nations

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen. Matt 28:18-20 NKJV

Our Destiny in Christ

Our destiny is determined by the choices and decisions we make through our free will. Every person has the gift of salvation through Christ our Saviour. All those that believe in Christ have a God given glorious destiny to follow, imitate, and be like Christ. Focus on Christ, give him pre-eminence rather than your crisis and God will make a way. Our calling is to be sons of God obeying His Word, and submitting to His perfect and sovereign will for our life. This allows Christ, our hope of glory to dwell in us. God makes everything beautiful in His time, in accordance with His perfect will. Our ultimate destination is to grow to a perfect man, which is the corporate body of Christ, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the Firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. Romans 8:28-30 NKJV
